With more than 30 years of experience leading diverse teams across the world, I have reviewed and evaluated thousands of CVs and applications and conducted hundreds of interviews to recruit staff for top international organisations.

I enjoy sharing my perspective from the other side of the desk, to help ensure that candidates are not overlooked during recruitment. After all, selection should be about the qualities a candidate brings to the role, rather than merely their ability to navigate a challenging recruitment process alone.
